These are the counter for the Lupin Mk.XX. The Fenris W.O.L.F. (Warfare, Ordnance, Loaded, Frames). These are Operated By the 9th Hunter Special ops Unit. They are smaller than the Lupin. And the pilots don't inface with a Cyber-Neruo link.

Rebecca "Red" Ryder. She is one of the main lead in the Hunters of the 9th. The plan is due it as a four part OVA.
